Australian model Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall have been forced to adjust grand plans they had for their new northern beaches oceanfront home.

The couple who paid $6.95m last year for a time warp 1950s Whale Beach home once owned by Dame Joan Sutherland received several complaints about their proposed plans.
